Is this the right TAS Form 21?

TAS Form 21 is the permit authority's certificate of completion when plumbing work under a permit is finished in Tasmania.

Who has to complete the TAS Form 21?
The permit authority or authorised person issuing the certificate of completion for permitted plumbing work.
When is it required?
When permitted plumbing work is complete and the permit authority needs to issue a certificate of completion. This is separate from Form 71B, where the plumber certifies standard of work.
Where does the completed form go?
Provide the completed PDF through the Tasmanian plumbing completion process for the permit. Tradie Forms does not lodge the certificate for you.
