Is this the right NSW WHS Policy?

WHS Form 03 is the work health and safety policy sign-off from the Housing Industry Site Safety Pack. The policy text is on the PDF; you complete the sign-off block.

Who has to complete the NSW WHS Policy?
The person with authority to acknowledge the WHS policy for the business or project, such as the owner or manager.
