Form guides explain what to have ready, what each section means, and what to check before downloading the PDF.

Shorter forms use one guide page. Larger forms may be split into section pages so you can open help for the exact section you are filling.

### Choose the trade [#choose-the-trade]

Open **Form guides** in the docs sidebar, then choose the trade that matches the work.

### Choose the region [#choose-the-region]

Open the national or state category for that trade.

### Open the template [#open-the-template]

Select the form you are filling.

In the app, section help links open the matching guide where one exists.

These guides cover the 69 forms shown in the main template library. Your workspace may include other forms with section help available inside the form.
